Located: Corvallis, OregonCorvallis Crossing consists of a 74,000 Rite Aid that was acquired by Dickerhoof Properties in April of 2007, and an adjoining 68,000 sf retail center to the west that was acquired by Dickerhoof Properties in January 2008. The retail center was extensively remodeled including new facades and site upgrades.
In the summer of 2009 Rite Aid relocated to a new prototype building on the north east corner of the property and Market of Choice opened in the fall of 2010.
With its location on the SW corner of Ninth Street and Circle Blvd, this is widely considered the best location in Corvallis.
