This 6.88 acre property was acquired by Dickerhoof Properties in April 2008. The property is located to the north of the Super Wal-Mart and shares their access corridor off of Old Highway 97. It is also just south of Home Depot. In early 2009 a pad lot was created and sold to Panda Express who opened later that spring along with a Sonic. Jack in the Box also built a new building across the parking lot along with Petco in 2013.

In 2015 a building was built for Maurices.
