RECENT ACQUISITION LIST

Dickerhoof Properties has been growing dramatically over the past decade. Though we have been involved in construction and property development since 1970, we entered the arena of retail property ownership around 2000 and have acquired and built a current inventory of over 1,700,000 square foot of retail properties since then. Dickerhoof Properties primary focus is retail projects and is licensed as a real estate brokerage company and acts only as a principal in real estate acquisition.
